Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds or Exchanges to a different date MUST be requested 24 hours before the time of your reservation. Refunds are not available for no-shows. If you have not claimed your seat(s) 5 minutes before the the time of your reservation, we have the right to resale your tickets. To request a Refund or Exchange please call (512) 200-3826

General Policies
Everyone attending a show must have a ticket regardless of age. We do not admit children under 3.

House opens for seating 30 minutes before show time. We ask that patrons arrive at least 15 minutes before show time. Once the performance has started, latecomers will not be allowed to enter the seating area until an appropriate break or intermission.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Bastrop Opera House). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
