Refunds or Exchanges to a different date MUST be requested 24 hours before the time of your reservation. Refunds are not available for no-shows. General Policies
Everyone attending a show must have a ticket regardless of age. We do not admit children under 3.
House opens for seating 30 minutes before show time. We ask that patrons arrive at least 15 minutes before show time. Once the performance has started, latecomers will not be allowed to enter the seating area until an appropriate break or intermission.
